Use of service
Users must only use VenuePOS for lawful business purposes and must keep login details secure.
Payments
Payment processing may be provided by third-party providers such as Stripe. Venues are responsible for their own payment provider accounts and compliance obligations.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Subscriptions
Access to VenuePOS may depend on an active subscription or licence. Accounts may be suspended if payments are overdue.
Liability
VenuePOS is provided as a business software tool. Users remain responsible for their own sales, tax, stock, reporting, and legal compliance.
